
How to make it ;
Chicken marinate & Frying Mixed an Oyster sauce, salt, ginger, lemon water and sesame oil along with the chicken and marinate it for 15 minutes. How to make it ;
In a medium bowl, put flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla extract and sugar. Mixed the dry ingredient. Ayam Lada Hitam (Chicken Blackpepper)
Bahan-bahan ; 200 grams dada ayam, potong dadu Minyak sayur 4 sendok makan tepung bumbu Paprika merah, kuning, hijau secukupnya 1 sdt merica butir, haluskan ¼ bawang bombay, iris memanjang 1 bawang putih, digeprek Saos tiram, kecap asin, kaldu ayam bubuk, gula dan minyak wijen secukupnya. 2 sdt margarin untuk menumis
Cara memasak ;
Marinasi ayam Campur saos tiram, garam, jahe cincang, air jeruk dan minyak wijen kedalam wadah ayam yang sudah dipotong dadu lalu aduk dan marinasi atau diamkan selama 15 menit. Setelah 15 menit, masukkan 4 sendok makan tepung bumbu lalu aduk rata. Panaskan minyak goreng, lalu goreng ayam hingga kuning keemasan.
Tumis Sayur
Bahan-bahan ; 1 buah brokoli kecil 1 buah wortel kecil 4 buah jamur campignon 1 buah kemiri Merica putih dan garam 1 bawang putih Kaldu ayam bubuk
Cara memasak ;
Cuci semua sayuran sebelum dipotong kecil atau sesuai selera. Giling bawang putih, kemiri, garam dan merica putih bersamaan. Tuang 1 sdm minyak sayur kedalam panci, lalu masukkan bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan atau digiling. Tumis sampai bau harum. Setaleh itu masukkan semua sayuran kecuali jamur dan tumis selama kurang lebih 3 menit. Tuang air secukupnya dan tunggu sebentar sebelum masukkan jamur bersamaan, lalu tambahkan kaldu ayam bubuk untuk menambah gurih. Tunggu hingga kurang lebih 1 menit lalu matikan kompor. Sajikan bersamaan dengan nasi hangat dan ayam lada hitam.

Ingredients ; 200 grams of Chicken breast, slice into square shape Vegetables oil 4 full spoon of seasoning flour Red, green and yellow Paprika 1 tsp of Ground blackpepper ¼ of onions, slice into long shape 1 minced garlic Oyster sauce, soy sauce, powder chicken broth, sugar and sesame oil. 2 tsp of Butter
Blackpepper Sauce Put 2 tsp of butter into the pan then add an onions inside, mix for 2 minutes until smells good. After that, add the paprika and minced garlic then saute for 2 minutes before put an oyster, soy sauce, and water. Let the water absorb a little bit then add sugar, powder chicken broth and sesame oil and wait for 3 minutes until it caramelized. Taste it. Served by putting the sauce on top of your fried chicken.

Wait for 1 minutes before flip it into the other side of the pancake. Flip the pancake into the other side. Do it for the remaining bather. Put the cooked pancake into the plate and make it into a layer. Put a sliced of Apple or banana or other fruit you have. Pour with an Honey or powdered sugar. Enjoy it while its hot.
3. Saute Vegetables
Time for serving = 7-10 minutes 1 person
Ingredients ;
1 small Broccoli 1 small carrot 4 Campignon mushroom 1 candlenut White pepper and salt 1 garlic Powder Chicken broth
After that add all the vegetables except the mushroom into the pan and saute together for 3 minutes. Pour a little water inside then wait for a minute while add the mushroom and seasoning it with powder chicken broth. Wait until 1 minutes after taste it. Serve and enjoy it with the Chicken Blackpepper and warm rice.
Saos Lada hitam
Masukkan 2 sdt margarin kedalam panci untuk menumis lalu masukkan bawang bombay yang sudah diiris, tumis selama 2 menit sampai tercium bau harum. Setelah itu, masukkan irisan Paprika dan bawang putih cincang lalu tumis selama 2 menit dan tambahkan saos tiram, kecap asin dan air secukupnya. Tunggu hinga air sedikit meresap lalu tambahkan gula, kaldu ayam bubuk dan minyak wijen dan tunggu hingga kurang lebih 3 menit. Lalu rasakan. Hidangkan dengan meletakkan saos lada hitam diatas ayam yang sudah digoreng lalu nikmati bersama dengan nasi hangat.
Pancake Madu
Bahan-bahan ; Madu dan irisan Apel atau buah lainnya untuk topping 60 gram tepung serba guna 1 butir telur kecil 50 ml susu rendah kalori/tawar Ekstrak Vanilla 1 ½ sdm gula pasir ½ sdt baking powder Sejumput garam
Cara membuat ;
Dimangkuk sedang tuang tepung serba guna, baking powder, garam, ekstrak vanila dan gula. Lalu campur semua bahan kering. Setelah itu masukkan telur dan susu sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk menggunakan whisky sampai tercampur rata. Setelah adonan pancake tercampur rata, panaskan pan anti lengket dan olesi dengan sedikit margarin. Tuang 2 sendok sayur adonan pancake ke pan yang sudah panas. Pancake akan bergelembung. Tunggu hingga kurang lebih 1 menit sebelum membalik kesisi yang satu lagi. Tunggu hingga sisi lain matang. Lalu angkat. Ulangi hingga adonan pancake habis. Layer pancake di piring besar lalu tambahkan dengan apel atau buah lainnya dan siram dengan madu atau gula halus sesuai selera. Silakan nikmati selagi panas.
