  1. The 5 AM Club: Own Your Morning, Elevate Your Life - By Robin Sharma

This book is originally title as The 5 AM Club: Own Your Morning, Elevate Your Life''. Written by a Canadian Authors who has India descendant. 442 Pages book taught me how to become a better person by waking up in 5 AM in the morning. It's not only gave you a wonderful feeling by inhale the fresh air, but you can feel a peace upon your inner self. The book from Robin Sharma serves the story into a fiction character that we can learn how to become a better version of ourselves.

The three steps of success formula by Sharma are first you should be working on improving yourself awareness, second heighten your level of consciousness and insight that will optimize your daily decision, and the last is accelerate your ability to accomplished.

I will bring you into the iconic 20:20:20 formula by Robin Sharma. This formula is an actually 60 minutes activities you will do after waking up at 5 A.M. The first 20 minutes is exercise, the second 20 minutes is planning about things you will do, and the last 20 minutes is praying and study.

  1. 5:00 AM - 5:20 AM

In this book, Sharma required us to wake up at 5:00 AM every day to begin out first 20 minutes for exercise. Do whatever move you like, you can jog, dancing, swimming or little exercising.

  1. 5:20 AM - 5:40 AM

In this time, Sharma required us to plan or take a note for the activities you will do the whole day. You can start to make a cup of your favourite Coffee or Tea while checking to your schedule.

  1. 5:40 AM - 6:00 AM

At this last 20 minutes, Sharma advised us to do meditation, praying or studying. Meditation and praying can enhance your spiritual strength. And you can read a book, journal, newspaper, watching your favourite self-improvement channel or listening to a good podcast.

Summary

After reading, writing and reviewing the 2 books above, I would like to summarize my insight, first in order to become a habit, little good actions are required to make it happen. For example, I put 3 books beside my bed, I make sure to read 3-4 pages before going to bed. These little actions have become a habit for me, so I am not feeling forced to read books. Also make sure that I wake up earlier every day and try to do the iconic formula of 20:20:20 by Robin Sharma. I hope that I can maintain this good habit to gain a better version of my selves in the future.

Hope you guys are happy with this kind of content hahahha, see you on my next part of self-improvement book recommendation. Have a good day everyone. Thank you

With love,
