Menu Ideas 4 : Non Grilled Chicken Sate & Salty Saute Squid

 







How to cook ;


  1. Mixed the grounded garlic, red onion, salt, pepper, coriander, soy sauce and powder chicken broth together in the bowl,

  2. Add the sliced chicken into the bowl and wait for 10 minutes.

  3. After that, take one by one  slice of the chicken and prick into the skewers. I made 3 slices of chicken in one skewer. Do it after you finish. 

  4. Then put sliced paprika into the bowl and do it the same as the chicken.

  5. Put an oil into the pan, then Cook the chicken and Paprika for 20 minutes or until it cooks perfectly. 

  6. Then you can enjoy it white rice and you can add sambal or peanut sauce. 




    2. Salty Saute Squid


Time for serving = 20-25 minutes

Non Grilled Chicken Sate 


Waktu memasak  = 30-40 menit

Bahan-bahan ;


  • 100-200 gr dada ayam, potong dadu

  • ½ paprika merah & hijau, potong dadu

  • 2 iris tomat & selada untuk garnish

  • 1 bwg putih & 2 bawang merah, haluskan 

  • Merica, garam, ketumbar dan kaldu ayam bubuk

  • Kecap manis

  • Minyak goreng secukupnya

  • Tusuk sate



Cara memasak ;


  • Campurkan bawang putih, bawang merah halus dengan garam, merica bubuk, ketumbar bubuk, kecap manis dan kaldu ayam bubuk dalam 1 wadah.

  • Masukkan ayam yang sudah diiris kedalam wadah lalu campur dan tunggu 10 menit hingga bumbu meresap.

  • Setelah itu tusuk potongan ayam menggunakan tusuk sate. Saya membuat 3 irisan ayam di 1 tusuk. Teruskan hingga daging ayam habis.

  • Masukkan paprika ke dalam wadah yang sama lalu tusuk seperti daging ayam.

  • Tuang minyak goreng secukupnya kedalam teflon, lalu masak ayam dan paprika selama kurang lebih 20 menit hingga matang. Jangan lupa dibalik supaya matangnya merata.

  • Lalu nikmati bersama nasi hangat atau bisa ditambahkan dengan sambal atau saus kacang.

Hi, welcome back. It’s been a while since the last time I have updated anything related to food hahaha. Been copied with some other stuff. Today I would like to drop the recipes of Non Grilled Chicken Sate & Salty Saute Squid for you all. Let’s get started. 



  1. 1. Non Grilled Chicken Sate 


Time for serving = 30-40 minutes

Ingredients ;


  • 100-200 gr of chicken breast, slice into rectangular shape

  • ½ of Red Bell & Green Paprika  slice into rectangular shape

  • 2 slices tomato and lettuce  for garnish

  • 1 Garlic & 2 red onion, Grounded 

  • pepper, salt,  coriander, powder chicken broth

  • Soy sauce

  • Vegetable or Olive Oil  for cook(optional)

  • skewers





Ingredients ;


  • 200 grams of Fresh squid, sliced thinly

  • 1 Green tomato

  • 1 garlic, sliced

  • 2 red onion, sliced

  • ½ onion, sliced 

  • Red & Yellow Paprika, sliced

  • 2 Green Chili, sliced

  • 5 cayenne pepper, sliced

  • Oyster sauce

  • Salt & powder chicken broth to taste

  • Vegetables oil for cook


How to make it ;


  • Put an oil into the pan, then fry the fresh squid for 2 minutes. Then put a side.

  • In the same pan, add all the sliced ingredients into the pan (onion, garlic, paprika, and chili), saute for a while until it smells good.

  • Add the green tomato and the fried squid along together.

  • Taste it with an oyster sauce, salt, sugar and powdered chicken broth.

  • Put 10ml of water and cook for 5 minutes. 




Tumis Cumi Asin


Waktu memasak = 20-25 menit

Bahan-bahan ;


  • 200 grams cumi segar, iris

  • 1 buah tomat hijau, iris dadu

  • 1 siung bawang putih, iris tipis

  • 2 siung bwg merah, iris tipis

  • ½ siung bawang bombai, iris tipis

  • Paprika merah & hijau, iris tipis

  • 2 buah cabe hijau, iris 

  • 5 buah cabe rawit, iris

  • Saus tiram

  • Garam & kaldu ayam bubuk 

  • Minyak untuk menumis


Cara membuat ;


  • Panaskan minyak dipanci, lalu goreng cumi selama 2 menit. Lalu angkat dan tiriskan.

  • Dipanci yang sama, masukkan bawang putih, bawang merah, bawang bombai, paprika dan cabe yang sudah diiris. Lalu tumis hingga baunya harum.

  • Tambahkan irisan tomat hijau dan cumi yang sudah digoreng tadi.

  • Bumbui dengan saus tiram dan kaldu ayam bubuk. Lalu tambahkan 10ml air. Dan masak kembali hingga 5 menit.
